Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original shoebox or packaging, then secure them inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
